Pohybov\u011b rekrea\u010dn\u00ed program jsou spont\u00e1nn\u00ed i organizovan\u00e9 aktivity, d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 prost\u0159edky ochrany a posilov\u00e1n\u00ed zdrav\u00ed i jako prevence tzv. civiliza\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Jedn\u00e1 se o podn\u011bcov\u00e1n\u00ed, usm\u011br\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed rozli\u0161n\u00fdch pohybov\u00fdch aktivit d\u011bt\u00ed tradi\u010dn\u00edmi i netradi\u010dn\u00edmi  pom\u016fckami.
